Alex Villarreal, 48, passed away peacefully with his family at his side January 12, 2023.  He was born August 2, 1974 in Dallas, Texas to Joe and Gloria Villarreal.

Alex loved to have someone cruise him around town. He loved Taco Casa, he would make his sister reluctantly buy him his absolute favorite, nachos and sweet tea.

He loved his old school music. He loved games, whether it was online, in person, or at his local spots. He was a clown and prankster THE roast master of the family.

Alex was a good husband, son, brother, uncle, and recently a new Grandpa. He loved his family with all his heart. One of his favorite past times was riding the motor buggies in stores like Target, Wal-Mart, and Home Depot. He loved the show "Moonshiners", flashlights, Dobb hats, watches, rings, and cologne. Being the car enthusiast he was, he loved the show "Street Outlaws", and old cars in general. Alex along with his dad and brother rebuilt a 54' Chevy with the license plate saying "Juntos." He loved spending time with his older brother Joe working on their cars.

Alex is survived by his wife Tina Marie Villarreal, mother Gloria Villarreal, father Joseph Villarreal Sr. and stepmom Joanne Villarreal, brothers Joe Villarreal Jr. and wife, Christopher Juarez and wife, sisters Sophia Villarreal-Rodriguez, Christina Deleon and husband, Tricia Juarez. Along with his nieces and nephews Joseph Villarreal III, Alyssa Villarreal, Adam Villarreal, Benjamin Zavala, Aaron Villarreal, Jeremy Rodriguez, Ariana Villarreal, Alayna Villarreal, Jeremy Rodriguez Jr, Alexis Gonzales, Julian Garcia, Adyen Juarez, Christian Juarez, Adelina Juarez, Christopher Juarez, Adelin Juarez, Ariana Juarez, Eric Contreras, Joel Contreras, Deylin DeLeon, Illiana DeLeon, and grandkids Jason Castro, Adrian Herrera and many loved ones.
