Alice Ables, 84, passed away at home surrounded by her family September 8, 2014. She was born July 17, 1930 in Tyler, Texas. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing for her family. Alice is survived by her sons Jimmy Dwayne and wife Deborah Kathlynn Ables of Mascoutah, Illinois, Lynn Ray and wife Christi Ables of Plano, Texas, grandchildren Melissa Alice Clark, Bryan Allen Ables, Kathlynn Ann Mabie, Joshua Ables, Jennifer Ables, Valerie Turner, great-grandchildren Victor, Dylan, Zoey, Owen, Ava, Daniel Thomas, Madison, Mathew, Logan, Savanna. Funeral Service will be Wednesday September, 10, 2014, 1:00 p.m., at Waxahachie Funeral Home, with interment following at Palmer Cemetery.
