Arnold Robinson, age 86, formerly of Odell, Texas, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Arnold married Carolyn Vowell on May 15, 1951 and they were blessed with five children. Arnold served our country in Korea in 1951 and 1952. The Robinsons made Waxahachie their home in 1968 and Arnold worked at C.A. Wilson for the next 37 years. He was also a devout Christian and served the Nazarene Church as a Sunday School teacher. Preceded in death by his parents Tom and Grace Robinson and brother John Robinson. He is survived by his sweetheart and wife of 65 years, Carolyn; 5 children and their spouses: Jimmy and Mendy Robinson, Ronny and Latressa Robinson, Billy and Jeanie Sides, James & Shirley McLeroy, Bobby & Katie Robinson; 21 grand-children and 32 great grand-bchildren. Visitation will be Thursday September 29, 2016 6-8:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 10 AM at Waxahachie Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Waxahachie City Cemetery.
