On January 22, 2023, Bennie Arthur Stevens, laid down his working tools at the age of 88. Ben was born on October 4,1934 in Jamestown, New York to the late Harold and Onnolee Stevens.
Ben had many achievements to be proud of in his lifetime. He had traveled all over the world and seemed to always have a story to tell. He was an accomplished machinist and served proudly as a Merchant Marine out of High school. He had a passion for ham radios where he communicated with numerous friends both near and far.
As a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason for over 60 years, Ben firmly believed: Being a Mason had the potential to make a good man a better man, by simply applying it's tenants and precepts to the way he lived his life.
Ben is predeceased by his wife, Patsy Jo Stevens, of 43 years. His parents Harold and Onnolee Stevens, Sister Norma Carr and great granddaughter Alea Holt.
Ben is survived by his children, Kelley Trent (David), Jamie Unger (Kevin), Connie Stevens. Grandchildren, Bethany Trent, Kirsten Cassey, Jud Trent, Paulina Unger, Maddie Unger, Angela Schumacher, Ashley Kestler, and Anthony Hutchison; Great-grandchildren, Alexander, Logan, Katelyn, Asher, Wyatt, Aiden; Great-great grandchildren, Lealani.
We Miss You, We Love You, We Will Never Forget You…Until We Meet again.
