Bernard Reynolds, 83, went to his heavenly home May 13 th , 2023. He was born June 5 th , 1937 in Mason City, Iowa to Bernard and Deloris Reynolds.
Bernard proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He retired after 32 years. He was an electrician and had his own company. He enjoyed playing golf, leading the Royal Ranger group, roller skating, and most of all he loved helping others which led him to volunteer in the Church Mobilization group which he has been working with them since 1995. Church Mobilization Group is an organization that travels all over the nation helping churches on projects.
Left to honor his memory are his loving wife of 53 years Kermetta Jane Reynolds, Son Bryan Reynolds and wife Melissa, Daughter Christina Barttlet and spouse, Grandsons Zachary Tyler Blackmon, Kobe Shane Blackmon, Matthew Colin Blackmon, Ben Harlo Reynolds, Andrew Pendergrass, Granddaughters Lexi Ann Reynolds, and Ashley Nicole Pendergrass, Brothers Robert Reynolds, Jay Lynn Reynolds and wife Marsha, Nephews Jayson Reynolds, Michael Reynolds, and Benjamin Reynolds.
Services are to be held at Waxahachie Funeral Home Tuesday 05-23, at 9am. Inurnment will be at DFW National Cemetery at 11am.
