Betty Fuqua, 82, went to be with the Lord, November 15, 2011. She was born June 10, 1929 in Independence Kansas to Clyde and Viola Clubine. She married the love of her life June 14, 1947 in Caney Kansas. They spent the first 15 years farming and building in Kansas before moving to Texas where her husband worked in construction for 14 years. Then, together they spent 30 years in Mexico as Missionaries. The last six years her husband lovingly provided constant care for her. Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband Ralph of 64 years, three children Jeannie & Tom Allen, Robert & Ann Fuqua, Dwight & Alice Fuqua, brother Donald & Joella Fuqua, 13 grandcildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, November 18, 2011 6-8:00PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church in Midlothian, with interment at Midlothian City Cemetery.
