He was born in Dallas, TX July 31, 1957 to Edwin & Mildred Bielefeldt. Brian worked at Frito Lay for 35 years. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Janet Bielefedt, son Jason Bielefeldt, brothers Gregory and Glenn Bielefeldt. Visitation will be Monday January 27, 2014, 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Tuesday January 28, 2014, 11 AM at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
