Carroll Teeter, 92, went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, January 25, 2022. He was born January 14, 1930, in Russellville, Arkansas to Earl and Verna Teeter. Carroll earned his Bachelor Degree in Theology and Bible at Southwestern Assembly of God University. He then transferred to North Texas State where he earned his Bachelor Degree in Education. From there He graduated from Arkansas State University Grad School. After graduation he went to work for Texas Plastic Manufacture Company in Dallas, TX and retired after 30 years. Carroll began Pastoring Cedar Hill Assembly Church where he ministered for 17 years. He served as a Deacon 12 years at University Church in Waxahachie and during this time he drove Tour buses for Day Star for 15 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Verna; first wife Marie Teeter; a brother Charles Ray Teeter; a stepdaughter Rhonda Stephan, and a step-granddaughter Beth Atteberry.

Carroll is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Judy Teeter; son, James Teeter and wife Teresa of Cedar Hill, TX; stepson Jack Atteberry and wife Jennifer of Waxahachie, TX; brother Earl Teeter and wife Darlene of Midlothian, TX; and step-grandchildren Kimberly Stanley and husband Derrick, Adam Atteberry and wife Brittney, Logan Sell, Alexis Stanley, Berkleigh Stanley, Emma Christensen, Ella Atteberry, Maci-Leigh Atteberry, and Wyatt Atteberry, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 3-5:00 PM on Sunday February 6, 2022, at Waxahachie Funeral Home.  A Funeral Service will be held 9:00 AM on Monday February 7, 2022, at University Church, at 221 Solon Rd, Waxahachie, TX, Interment will follow at 11:30 AM at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
