Clifford Daniel "Dan" Steel Aug. 18, 1940 - July 21, 2013 Clifford Daniel "Dan" Steel, 72, passed away at Baylor July 21, 2013. He was born in Waxahachie August 18, 1940 to Jack and Stella Steel. Dan loved people and loved to listen to the flea market on KBEC radio. Dan is preceded in death by a son Ross Steel, and daughter Dana Wiser. Dan is survived by and will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 48 years Mary Steel, a son Steve Steel of Cedar Creek Lake, a daughter Melissa Prater and husband Keith of Alvarado, brothers J.B. Steele, Pat Steele, sisters Ruth Becham, Debra Benner, grandchildren Chelsea Harrington, Jennifer Jones, Scottie Daniels, Justin Prater, Chase Wiser, Chelsea Harris, Waylon & Jackson Harrington, Rhyder Daniels, Maeleigh Wiser Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2013, 6-8:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
