Dail Blasingame, 70 passed away November 29, 2010. Dail was born in Dallas, Texas January 5, 1940 to Frank and Opil Smith. Dail is survived by her daughters Norma D. Feagin of Waxahachie, Karen L. Roberts, sisters Shirley Bell, Darlene Smith, brothers Fred Bailey, Frank Smith, Jerry Smith, Five Grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 10 AM at Waxahachie City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
