Deborah Gene Shiner

Deborah Gene Shiner, 70, went to her eternal home on November 9th, 2024. She was born in Corpus Cristi, Texas to Calvin Shiner and Estella Hines on May 4th, 1954.

Deborah worked as a nurse at the St. Louis County Health Department for 27 years. She attended New Life Fellowship Church in Arlington, Texas. Deborah loved to spend time with her family and traveling.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Estella Hines and her brother, Kevin Shiner.

Deborah is survived by her father, Calvin Shiner of San Diego, CA; her brother, Douglas Shiner (Joanne) of St. Louis, MO; her son, Barry Person (Corynne) of ST. Louis, MO; her daughter, Andrea "Ro" Garcia (Aric) of Waxahachie,TX; her granddaughters, Dominique Garcia and Laila Person; her grandson Trenton Person; her cousin Phyllis Jack (Donald) of Fort Worth, TX; as well as cousins, nieces, nephews and friends

A memorial Service will be held at the Waxahachie Funeral Home on Monday, November the 18th, at 10am.
