Donald (Donnie) Lee Christian, 60 years of age, of Waxahachie, Texas passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021. Donnie was born on January 8, 1961 in Hobbs, New Mexico and moved to Waxahachie, Texas in 1965 where he has resided for the past 55 years.

He graduated from Waxahachie High School in 1979. Donnie worked as a dedicated auto mechanic for over 40 years in Waxahachie and Italy, Texas.

Donnie enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and pets. He enjoyed partnering with local charities for their annual holiday toy drives. He also enjoyed working outdoors and gardening.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Mr. Ardell and Mrs. Marie Christian, and his brother; Tommy Christian.

Donnie is survived by his brother;  Mark and his wife Misty, a sister;  April, and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held, Friday evening from 6:00-8:00pm at Waxahachie Funeral Home, 1201 West Highway 287 Bypass, Waxahachie, Texas.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021, at 10:00am at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, 199 Oaklawn, Waxahachie, Texas, 75165.
