Edna Harris, 87, passed away peacefully April 21, 2023. She was born March 14, 1936 in Waxahachie, Texas to Lee Roy and Maude Harmon.

She is preceded in death by her husband Clyde William Harris, son William Dennis Harris, grandson, William Luther Harris, and great-granddaughter Mary Marie Harris, daughter-in-law Linda Marie Foster Harris.

Edna is survived by a son Danny Harris and wife Linda. daughter Nita Faye Harris, son Steven Harris and wife Candace, son Christopher Lynn Harris, g randchildren: Danny Brent Harris II, Chassidy Harris and husband James Gilbert, Cord Lee Smith II, Daphne Renee Johnson and husband Brandon, L J. Burtchaell, Laura Ulloa and husband Anthony, and Shawn Burtchaell, g reat-grandchildren: Danny Brent Harris III, Kaytlyn Grace Harris, Emory John Coston, Emily Dawn Coston, Destiny Shyann Quintero,  Allyssa Faith Smith, Addyson Brianne Smith, Kebdalynn Cade Smith, Cord Lee Smith III, Brooklyn Paige, Payton Nicole and Falyn Marie Johnson, Hunter and Lily Shayn Burtchaell Connor, Kayla, Kalli and Cayden, Bradley Fuller, one brother James Harmon and several nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held Thursday April 27, 2023 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be Friday April 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home with Interment following at Waxahachie City Cemetery.
