Edna Myklebost

January 2,1922 - July 4, 2017

Edna was born in Hartleypool, England to Charles Toshach and Elizabeth Ann Watson on January 2, 1922. She was one of six children. Her family moved to     Toronto Ontario, Canada when she was very young. Edna graduated and worked as a nurses aid at Toronto General Hospital. She married in 1941 to Birger Myklebost, they had two children. A daughter Sonja and son Erik, who proceeded her in death in February 2016.

Edna was a woman who could be quite giving and forward thinking. She was a woman who many years ago decided to donate her body to science in order that up and coming physicians would be able to study and gain insight to the human body. Her family made sure that her wishes were followed when she passed away.

Surviving family members are daughter, Sonja Zielke & husband Jerry who currently reside in Lancaster, Texas.

Twin siblings, Charles Watson & wife Marguerite of Scarborough, Ont. Canada and Ann Connolly of Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada.

Edna's two children have blessed her with 7 grandchildren. Marty Zielke, Heidi Dollar, Tommy Zielke, Jerry J Zielke, Melanie Pinkerton, Bridget Vaughns & Erik Christopher Myklebost. These grandchildren blessed her with 14 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren. Along with 7 great great grandchildren that are added blessings.

Edna rededicated her life to the Lord, October 2011, at 89 years old. Saturday, July 1, 2017, she prayed for God's will to be done. On July 4, 2017, she peacefully met her Master.
