Edward Fudge, 91, passed away August 27, 2015. He was born in Plainview, Texas on August 17, 1924 to Henry and Laura Fudge. He was a WWII Vet and served in the Philippines. He was employed by Tyler Refrigeration for 30 years. Edward is preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Emmagene Slaughter Fudge, son Gregory Wayne Fudge, granddaughter April Deanne Campbell, brothers Ernest (Red) Clark and wife Evelyn, Aubra (Bill) Clark, Eugene Fudge and wife Gertrude, T.J. Fudge and wife Jo Ann, and James Fudge, sister Mary Lee Haraway and husband Luke, and brothers-in-law Travis (Bones) Wells, and Burdon (Curly) Sink. He is survived by his daughter, Gena Fudge Bell, brother Bob Fudge and wife Mary, sisters Frances Wells, Ruby Sink, sister-in-law Bettye Fudge, grandchildren Amber Cortez, Danielle Hudson, Brian Hudson, Trey Hudson, great-grandchildren Nichlas Acuna, Victoria Williams, Faith Cortez, Neriah Hudson and Zechariah Isaguirre and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held Monday, August 31, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Red Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
