Erika Ramos,91,of Waxahachie, Texas passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, January 14, 2021.  She was born October 3, 1929 in Germany to Joseph and Christine Harter.

Erika married the love of her life Joe Ramos March 4, 1952 in Germany. Eventually, they moved to the United States and made their home in the Dallas Metroplex. She worked for Minyard's Grocery Store in Waxahachie and Lancaster for twenty-seven years.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Joe Ramos, one brother; Kurt Harter and one sister-in-law Ophelia Esparza.

Erika is survived by Joe's loving niece; Diana Downs and husband Phillip, brother-in-law; Louis Garcia and wife Angelica, one sister; Inge Bechtold of Germany, and many nieces and nephews.
