Ethel Lee White

January 25, 1932 - July 25, 2016

Ethel White, 84, passed away in the Odd Fellow & Rebekah Nursing Home in Ennis, July 25, 2016. She was born in Vernon, Texas, January 25, 1932 to Rev. Robert Thomas and Sallie Margaret Uselton.

She graduated from Southwestern High School in Waxahachie in 1950. Then attended Southwestern Bible Institute from 1950 to 1955. She was a lifelong member of he Assemblies of God and Delta Kappa Gamma. Later when she married Raymond they went to Philippines a s Missionaries. They moved to Waxahachie in 1989 and Ethel taught several years at Marvin Elementary.

Ethel is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Garland Pittman and 2 children Garland Pittman Jr., and Ethel May Pittman all 3 were killed in an auto accident in 1970. Her second husband Gerald Raymond White, brothers James Uselton, George "Bud" Uselton, sisters Bethel Hegar her twin sister, Betty Foster, Lois Morris.

The family is planning a service at a later date.     In leu of flowers a donation can be make to Southwestern Assembly of God University.
