Geraldine Morrison 91, went to be with the Lord, January 28, 2019.  She was born In Cleveland, Ohio, December 19, 1927, to James Clifford and LaVada Morrison. Her parents were missionaries in China when the Communist took over and they were able to escape by going over the Himalayan mountains to  Burma.  After her parents retired Geraldine continued as a missionary for many years  in Burma.

She retired in Waxahachie in 1965 and went to TWU to get her Masters degree in education.  She taught in Ferris for a number of years.

Geraldine is survived  by a daughter  Anita Bock, grandchildren Jacob Black, Sarah Black and  two nieces and  four nephews.
