Geraldine Reader December 6, 1918 - January 25, 2010 Geraldine Reader, 91, passed away Jan. 25, 2010. She was born Dec. 6, 1918, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Audrey and Elsie Starbuck Cook. Geraldine is survived by her daughters Karen Shaffer of Glenn Heights, Texas and Nancy Stedd of Meridan, Idaho, son Steven Lee Roy Reader of Amarillo, Texas. grandchildren, John Churchill, Amy Lyn Churchill, Wesley Stuart Shaffer, David Curtis Shaffer, Jennipher Eileen Burns, Lacretia Louise Davis and Harley Paul Thomas McKay. A visitation will be held from 3-5 pm Sunday January 31, 2010 at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Monday, February 1, 2010 at Waxahachie Funeral Home with interment following at Laurel Land in Dallas. Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
