Herbert Buckhannon, 76, passed away peacefully at home September 21, 2021  surrounded by his family.   He was born November 7, 1944 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to Charles and Zura Buckhannon

Herbert is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Zura  Buckhannon, and a sister Margaret Underwood.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Donna Buckhannon, sons Shawn Buckhannon, Christopher Buckhannon and wife Angela, and Christopher's step-children Grayson, Cheyenne, Candace, daughter Debbie Martinez and husband Philip, grandchildren Damien Martinez, Trent Martinez, Gavin Martinez, Ethan Martinez, Jacob, Zachary, Kaitlyn, brothers Michael Buckhannon, Roger Buckhannon, Carl Buckhannon, George Buckhannon, and sisters Margie Underwood,  Anna Ryan and husband Jack and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
