Irene McGinley was born June 8, 1931 in Abilene, TX to Charles Clifford McGinley and Nora Kathleen Dean McGinley.  She died December 7, 2020 in Midlothian, TX. Irene spent her childhood and graduated high school from Monahans, TX.   She married William Olaff Luckie on March 7, 1952.  Olaff built a home for them in Wickett, TX where they lived together for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband and their oldest daughter, Rita Jo.  She is survived by daughter, Teresa Ann and son-in-law Thomas Steven Martin of Waxahachie, grandson Steven Roby Martin of Dallas, granddaughter Jo Audra Martin of Ayer, MA, and a special nephew,  Norman Luckie and wife Dianna from Wickett.  Graveside services will be held at Monahans Cemetery Thursday, December 10 at 10:00 AM.
