Obituary

Reverend Isom Hudson Wills, 101, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 03, 2020. He was born on February 24, 1919 to Mr. & Mrs.Vardie Wills in Leedey,  Oklahoma.

He was married to the love of his life,  Amy Charlotte Anderson on August 24, 1937 in Liberty Hill, Texas.

Rev. Wills proudly served his country as a Sergeant in United States Army during World War II from 1943-1946.

Together, he and his wife, served the Assemblies of God in full time ministry, including serving as Missionaries to India. He loved the Lord and proudly called himself, "a minister of  The Gospel."

After retirement he made his home in Waxahachie, Texas and later relocated to Rockwall, Texas to be close to his family.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 76 years; Amy Charlotte Wills, one son; Keith Wills,  brother; Durward Wills,  two sisters Leta Velma Earnheart and Eutha May Herring.

He is survived by his son; Garth Wills and wife Linda of Rockwall Texas, one granddaughter; Jennifer Texta of Garland, Texas, two grandsons; Shane Wills and wife Gretchen of Edinboro, PA , Andrew Wills and wife Sandra of Rockwall, Texas, six great grandchildren; Emily Texta, Kylie Texta, Ava Texta,  Mary Grace Wills, Shelby Wills, Dylan Wills, and  a brother Joe Wills.

Graveside Service will be held Saturday, 2:00 PM,  December 5, 2020  at Lakeview Memorial Park.  Waxahachie, Texas.
