Jim Jordan passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022. He was born October 8, 1945 in Kilgore, TX to John Chester and Ann "Anna Mae" Jordan.

Jim proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Jim was very involved at Common Ground Ministry and Shoe Buddy. He greatly cherished being a volunteer grandparent at Shackleford Elementary and being a part of their "Drop Everything and Read, DEAR program." He truly loved volunteering his time wherever he could while making an impact in all of hears as he worked throughout his life.

Jim is survived by; his loving wife of 42 years Leslie Jordan, daughter Beverly Satterfield, son-in-law Gavin Satterfield, and granddaughter Paige Satterfield.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 1, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service following at 7:00 o'clock.

Interment will follow Tuesday morning, August 2, 2022 at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery. The Funeral processional will leave Waxahachie Funeral Home at 8:30 AM, with Interment at 9:30 AM.
