James "Dickie"  Richard Phillips Jr.

James Phillips, 63, better known as "Dickie", passed away May 1, 2017. He was born in Alexandria, Virginia March 20, 1954 to James and Willie Phillips. He lived in Waxahachie in Centex Rock Springs Home.

James is preceded in death by his father James Richard Phillips Sr. He is survived by his mother Willie Faye Phillips of Waxahachie, three brothers Kenneth Phillips and spouse Linda, Keith Phillips and spouse Donna, Tim Phillips and spouse Morris, numerous nieces and nephews and 4 great nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8:00 pm, Friday, May 5, 2017 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Palmer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Special Olympics Texas 1804 Rutherford Lane Austin, TX 78754.
