James A. Taylor Jr., 'Jimmy', 'Taterhead', 65, passed away August 13, 2020.  He was born May 17, 1955, to James A. Taylor Sr. and Letha Fay Taylor, in Waxahachie, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Letha Fay Taylor, his father, James A. Taylor Sr, and a brother, Billy Joe Taylor.

He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth 'Sissy' Bruning of Waxahachie, Texas, a son, James 'Jimbo' A. Taylor III, daughters Jamie Dawson, Jessica Berry, 5 grandchildren James Berry, Tobious 'Toby' Berry, Hailey Atkins, Janetta Dawson, David Dawson, and one great-grandchild Penny Dawson.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 29 ^th , 2020, at 1:00 P.M., at The Church of Christ of West, in West, Texas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
