Janet Lynn Duncan, better known as "Jan/Nana", passed away on October the 25 th , 2024 in Waxahachie, Texas. Jan was born in Dallas, Texas to George and Bobbie Weatherford.

Jan loved listening to music, gardening, and visiting New Orleans but above all, she loved to spend time with her friends and family.

Jan is preceded in death by her parents, George and Bobbie Weatherford, her son Robert "Robbie" Duncan, and her son-in-law Jonathon Ness.

She is survived by her daughters - Jaclyn Ness and Khristina Duncan; Grandsons - Trevor Aydelott and Wyatt Ness; granddaughters - Taylor Aydelott, Alli Aydelott, and Scarlett Ness; great-grandchildren - Ace, Marlee, Arrow, Scotty and Peyton. She is also survived by her brother George Weatherford and her sister Kristy Hughes.

A visitation/viewing will be held at the Waxahachie Funeral Home on Friday, November the 1 st at 2pm with a funeral service to follow at 3pm.
