He is survived by his sisters Magdalena Chow, Francisca Garmendia, his brothers Paulino Chow, Jose Chow, cousins Amalia Sanchez, Geamileth Sanchez, Guadalupe Sanchez, Magdalena Sanchez, Karla Chow, Isolina Chow, Samir Chow, Andrea Escobedo, Michael Granja, Adrian Villanueva.
