John William Ansley April 21, 1935 - December 18, 2013 John Ansley 78, passed away December 18, 2013. He was born in Evergreen, Alabama April 21, 1935, to J.W. and Lois Ansley. John proudly served his country in the United States Army. John retired from employment by Magnablend after over 10 years of service. Preceding him in death are his parents, one brother, Mack, and two sisters, Glenda and Faye. He survived by his wife Carolyn Ansley, children Leighton Ansley and Wife Lisa, Jeff Ansley and wife Tesha, Mike Ansley and wife Marta, Jerry Ansley, Brian Ansley, Charles Ansley and wife Cecilia, step son John Russell Johnson and wife Christina, brother Donnie Hester and wife Karen, grandchildren Christopher, Melissa, Rebecca, Justin, Joshua, Lynnzee, Jennifer, Mara, Tanner, Jeremy and Christina. Services are to be held at the Waxahachie Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday at 5:00 PM, December 20, 2013, with funeral service following at 6:00 PM. Interment will be Monday 10:00 AM, December 23, 2013 at Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
