Johnathon Leighton Ansley 54 years old passed away January 29, 2024.  He was born in Waxahachie, Texas, November 16,1969 to John William Ansley and Susan (Smith) Ansley.  Leighton enjoyed his family, fishing, golf, playing cards (poker) and had a diehard passion for the Dallas Cowboys.  He enjoyed all sports.  He owned his own health care company American Eagle.  He continued to work in the health care field.

Preceding him in death are his dad John Ansley, grandparents Elmer and Ruth Smith, John W. and Lois Ansley, brother Jerry Ansley.

He is survived by his mother and stepdad Susan and Tommy Vinson, his brother Jeff Ansley and wife Karen, stepbrothers Mike Ansley and wife Marta, Charles Ansley & wife Cecila, Bryan Ansley and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Waxahachie Funeral Home on Friday, February 9, 2024 6:00 PM.
