Louis Elliott, known as "Uncle Louis"  88, passed away peacefully January 21, 2021.  He was born July 25, 1932 in Dallas, Texas to Louis and Stella Elliott.  He worked for years for the State of Texas as a bridge inspector.   He is a longtime member of the Landmark Baptist Church in Red Oak. Louis Proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Louis is preceded in death by his parents, brother Frank Elliott, sisters Jewel Elliott, Thelma Elliott, and Billie Stearman.

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 6-8:00 PM, Friday January 29, 2021 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday January 30, 2021  at Landmark Baptist Church 982 E. Ovilla Rd, Red Oak, Texas.  Interment will follow at Laurel Land Cemetery.
