Martina Moreno Ortiz January 30, 1941 - January 5, 2013 Martina Moreno Ortiz, 71, was born on January 30, 1941, in Sinton, Texas to Eubaldo Moreno and Seldonia Martinez. Martina passed away at home with her loving family at her bedside. Martina was a seamstress and was employed by Red Fox Athletics for 30 years. Preceding her in death are her parents and brother Gregorio Soto. She is survived by and will be greatly missed by her husband Victoriano Ortiz, daughters, Julie Gutierrez & husband Jilberto of Waxahachie, TX, Joyce Brown and husband Charlie of Farmersville, TX, and Josephine Smith of Waxahachie, TX. sisters Guadalupe Moreno, Jesusa M Ayala, Manuela A Reyna, Aurora A Saenz. Grandchildren Sanica, Suzanne, Gilbert Jr., Jeremiah, Rose, Tim, Bethany, Emily, Ericka & Justin, 31 great- grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren. The Memorial service, officiated by Pastor Herman Martinez, will be Tuesday 2:00 PM January 8, 2013 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
