Marva Smith, 85, of Waxahachie, Texas went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, January 4, 2021. She passed away peacefully at her home, with her family by her side.

She was born October 5, 1935 to Nuborn Howell Mock and Rosetta Jane Smith Mock in Sulphur, Oklahoma.

She married the love of her life, Raymond Oliver Smith, on January 10, 1963 in Amarillo, Texas.

In her spare time, Marva enjoyed doing word puzzles and playing Bingo.

She was a member of First Assembly of God in Waxahachie, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Nuborn & Rosetta Mock, one brother; Bryan Mock and one sister; Flossie Cook.

She  is survived by and will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 57 years and 360 days, Raymond Oliver Smith, better known as "Smitty," three daughters; Kelly Loran Spinks, Rhonda Venise Slagle, Sunne Cyrice Smith, one granddaughter; Christine Elizabeth Flemmer, three grandsons; Jonathan David Spinks, Dustin Oliver Bean, Dylan Keeter Bean, two great granddaughters; Clara Jane Flemmer and Heidi Blake Flemmer and one sister; Carolyn Rosson.

Visitation will be held Sunday, January 10, 2021, at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon at Waxahachie Funeral Home, 1201 West Highway 287 ByPass, Waxahachie, Texas 75165. Funeral Service will follow the visitation at 3:00 o'clock. Interment will follow  Monday, January 11, 2021 at Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo, Texas.
