Mary Steel, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 76.  She was born December 31, 1945 in Ennis, TX to Luke and Tennie Harp. Mary enjoyed working in the garden, cooking and making the "Best Salsa" ever, she also had her favorite TV shows she enjoyed watching.

She is preceded in death by parents, husband Dan Steel, son Ross Steel, and daughter Dana Wiser.

Mary is survived by son Stephen Don Steel, daughter Melissa Prater and husband Keith, grandchildren Jennifer Cook, Scottie Daniels, Chase Wiser, Justin Prater, Chelsea Harrington, and Chelsea Fussell.

Visitation will be held Monday 1:00 PM, December 12, 2022, followed by the Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
