Melvin Jenkins, 95, passed away August 20, 2022 at home surrounded by his family.   He was born August 14, 1927 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to Arlie and Rosa Jenkins.   Melvin proudly served his country in the United States Navy during World War II.  After his service he spent many years doing residential and commercial construction.

He is preceded in death by a son Larry Jenkins.

Melvin is survived by his loving wife of 72 years Helen Jenkins, daughters Valerie Anderson, Kathy Wilson, Connie Jenkins,

Sisters, Dova Gibbons, Rosie French, grandchildren Shenna, Lance, Blake, Lacy, Eric, Sean, Stacy, Brandon, Ariel, Sabreena, Nelson, Andrea, Audrey, Alyssa, Gracy, Skylar, Violet, Ellie, Grayson, Amelia, Capri, Luna, Ozzy, Casper, Zeena, Logan, Lauren, Lance Jr, and Laura.
