Patsy Ruth Grier passed away at her home, Monday, December 4, 2023.  She was born March 26, 1945, in Dallas, Texas to Gladys (Sanders) & Clifford Southerland.

She married the love of her life, Harry Grier on October 3, 1962, in Waxahachie, Texas. She became a Certified Nurse's Assistant and worked for GNA Home Health for twenty-four years until her retirement in 2016. She enjoyed spending time at the casinos playing slot machines.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of fifty-five years, Harry Wayne Grier. She is survived by her children: Penny Vestal, Danny Grier, Johnny Grier, Melony Grier, Denise Grier and Angie Pounders.

A Memorial Service will be held at Waxahachie Funeral Home, 1201 West Highway 287 BPY, Waxahachie, TX 75165, Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
