Pauline Torres Rivera of Waxahachie passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021. She was born April 2, 1940 to Mary & Lionicio Torres in Glenflora, Texas.

Pauline was a member of The Church of God of the Firstborn in Sardis, Texas. She loved the Lord with all her heart and faithfully served as a Sunday School teacher for many years. She enjoyed music, singing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, ten siblings: Sara Gomez, Rosa Llanes, Lucia Ornelas, Maria Torres, Sofia Hernandez, Frank Torres, Jerry Torres, Ernest Torres, Joe Torres, Johnny Torres; grandchildren: Gabriel Rivera, David Rodriguez and great grandchild; Jonathan Rivera.

She is survived by her husband; Frank Rivera, and eight children: Frank Rivera, Nora Rivera, Gloria Rodriguez, Stella Rivera, Kristine Alvarez, Rachel DeLaCruz, Rebecca Castillo Rivera, and Mary Rivera, five siblings: Elida Hernandez, Lupe Rodriguez, Roy Torres, Tomas Torres and Luis Torres,  as well as thirty-one grandchildren and sixty-four great grandchildren.
