IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Peggy Lee
Montgomery
February 22, 1933 – September 27, 2025
Peggy Montgomery, 92 years of age, went to her heavenly home September 27, 2025. She was born in Waco, Texas February 22. 1933, to William and Isabell Harrison. She was a faithful member of the Baptist Church. Peggy enjoyed many arts and craft, painting and sewing.
Peggy is preceded in death by her loving Husband, George Montgomery, 5 deceased children, Peggy Lee Parton, Charles Parton, Jimmy Carol Parton, Johnny Montgomery, and youngest son Bobby Montgomery.
Youngest sister Juanita Parker resides in Whitney. And is the only living child of William and Isabell.
Peggy was blessed with Grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a very special part of the lives of those who loved her.
Peggy and her sisters were all artistic in their own ways. Sewing, painting, gardening, cooking, and so very much more! And if they happen to be together lots of laughter.
We will miss our Peggy, but are comforted in knowing she is with our Lord and reunited with her loved ones.
A Visitation will be held Friday, October 3 at 2:00 PM, followed by a Service at 3:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
