Ray is survived by his wife Dawn Pratt Watkins, his mother Sharon Weatherford, Sons Michael R. Watkins, Brian A. Watkins, Damion G. Watkins, daughters Melissa R. Watkins, Mallorie R. Watkins Plunk, grandchildren Eathan W. Hoop, Ricky R. Watkins, and the mother of his children Ren V. Watkins. I want the memory of me to be a happy one, of happy times and laughing times.
