Sandra Lee Maxin, 73, of  Waxahachie, Texas passed away peacefully at her home, Wednesday,  October 15, 2020.

Sandra was born on May 25, 1947 in Youngstown, Ohio to William Joseph Sheridan and Peggy Holdie Sheridan.

Sandra married the love of her life, James Maxin on June 14, 1969 in Youngstown, Ohio.  She and James eventually made their home in Waxahachie, Texas, where they raised their family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Peggy Holdie Sheridan.

She is survived by her loving husband of  fifty-one years, James Maxin, one son; Brian Maxin and his wife; Candice, of Austin, Texas, and one daughter; Jamie Maxin Ross of Arlington, Texas, two beautiful granddaughters; Katie Ross and Madison Maxin.

Visitation will be held at Waxahachie Funeral Home, 1201 Hwy 287 By-Pass, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.  Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

A Graveside service will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 9:30 AM, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery,  2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211
