Scott Parker, 51, was born to James Parker and Patricia  Morgan  in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Scott was an entrepreneur and an innovator. He is the original founder of Straight From Philly, Waxahachie and after selling the business in 2014, he went on to open fast casual restaurants in NV and WA.  He and his wife were in the process of opening The Boil, a restaurant located in the Rogers Hotel as well as a pizza shop, which will open late spring.

He  is preceded in death by his father; James Parker

Scott is survived by his loving wife; Michelle Parker, his mother; Patricia Allen, four children: Brrittney, Joseph, Juliana, Nicholas, six grandchildren: Ayda Elisa, Aden Fitzgerald, Ava Wynn, Tayjon Rene, Elena Denise, Robert Earl III, and one brother; James Morgan

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday 10/24 at 3pm at Freedom Fellowship Intl.
