Sharon Ann Murray

July 8, 1954 – June 16, 2023

Sharon Murray 68, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on June 16, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving family. Sharon was born on July 8, 1954 in Benton, Arkansas to William "Buddy" and Hazel (Brown) Davis. Sharon was a faithful member of Life Church in Midlothian where she used her many talents to bless others. She loved to cook and serve others. She catered many events. She also did the decorations and flower arrangements with breath taking beauty. Sharon got great joy in making people smile and laugh.

Sharon attended Southwestern Bible College in Waxahachie and it was there she met the love of her life, Gary Murray. They celebrated their 49 th wedding anniversary in March. They were an example of dedication and unmeasurable love to everyone who knew them.

In her youth, Sharon acted in dramas, sang with her family gospel group, taught Sunday school, Bible School, and went as a missionary to Tampico, Mexico. She has spent her entire life in service for the Lord. Sharon's greatest joy was her family. She loved spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Any day she got to spend time with them, was a good day.

Sharon was preceded in death by, her father William "Buddy" Davis, brother-in-law Randy Murray, nephew Jason Davis and niece Madison Nicole Bailey.

Sharon is survived by her mother, Hazel Davis, loving husband, Gary Murray, daughter Bethany Notari, son Michael Murray (Brittany), Grandchildren Nikoha Notari, Makayla Notari, Kylie Notari, sister Emily Boggs (Buford) ,brother William Davis (Penny), mother in law Joyce Pollock, Sister in law Diana Murray and a host of family and friends who will miss her dearly.
