Shirley Ann Kirk, 61, passed away after a long illness. She was born in Greenville, Texas to Thomas and Willene Decker. She married Paul Kirk June 4, 1976.

She is survived by the love of her life Paul Kirk, son, Chad Lee Bray and wife Brandi, daughter Kayce Parsons and husband Josh, brothers, Bobby Decker, Joe Decker, sisters, Brenda Decker, Gina Baker, one granddaughter Jaci Hope Bray and one grandson due in June 2016 as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley was a hair dresser for 27 years and a woman of many talents. She loved to bake, eat sweets, and if music was playing, you can bet she was dancing! Her favorite place was at the beach where she was dubbed the name "beach rat". She doted on her family and was happiest in her role as wife, mom, Aunt Sissy, and Memi to Jaci. You were sure to get a hug and a smile each time you saw her. She had a heart of gold, lived life to the fullest, and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2016 6-8:00 PM at Waxahachie Funeral Home.
