Timothy Payne, 63, passed away at home surrounded by his family January 3, 2022.  He was born November 25, 1958 in Lubbock, Texas to Lee and Mary Payne.  Timothy was a residential carpenter for years.

He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Jean Payne, and a brother Galen Payne.

Timothy is survived by his wife of 20 years, Virginia Payne, son Justin Payne, brothers Jeff Payne and wife Jamie, Terry Payne and wife Anna, Roger Payne, and Larry Payne, father Lee Payne and wife Joyce and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Visitation  will be at Noon Saturday January 8, 2022, a Funeral Service will start at 1:00 PM  at Waxahachie Funeral Home. Interment will follow

at Lakeview Cemetery.
