Faye, 86, of Waxahachie, passed away quietly at her home with family at her bedside on September 26, 2016. She was born October 12, 1929 to Ernest and Flossie Jane Little Kestler. She married Milton C. Helm December 5, 1953 who preceded her in death March 2005. Faye was a loving wife, mother and grandmother as well as a life-long resident of Waxahachie. She enjoyed "ranching", gardening and her family.

She is survived by three daughters, Pam Rogers and husband Mark, Linda Charassri, Liz Zara and husband Josh. Six grandchildren, Jill Yates and husband Jeff, Megan Rogers, Ashley Howard and husband Aaron, Nicholas Charassri, Alex Zara and Erica Zara. Two great granddaughters, Sydney and Sadey Yates.

A private family graveside service will be held Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Waxahachie City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home 972-923-1595. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to your favorite charity.
