Victor Paul Miller, 69, of Palmer Texas, passed away February 19, 2024.

He was born December 9, 1954, to JC Richard and Dorothy Annita (Dickson) Miller in Waxahachie, Texas.

Victor enjoyed spending time with family, and especially his beautiful granddaughter Zoe, motorcycle riding, bird watching, working on his blazer and his house and spending time outside enjoying nature.

He Is proceeded in death by his parents JC and Dorothy Miller, brothers: John Miller, Jack Miller, and one sister Annita Mason.

Left to honor his memory is his son and daughter in law; Evan & Sherri Miller, son, and daughter in law; Eric & Heather Miller and granddaughter Zoe Miller.
