Wesley Schowengerdt, went to his Heavenly Home at the age of 19 after a nearly 3-year battle with Ewing Sarcoma. He was born June 9, 2004, in Springfield Missouri to Brad and Rebecca(Surman) Schowengerdt.

He was a graduate of Clyde High School, class of 2022. After high school, he relocated to Waxahachie with his family. Wesley enjoyed working on his truck, cooking, and welding. He always had a funny comment ready to cheer anyone up. He lived a life full of faith in his Lord Jesus. He attended Maypearl First Assembly of God Church.

Wesley is preceded in death by his grandfather William Surman. He is survived by his parents Brad and Rebecca Schowengerdt; brothers Harrison (Sara) Schowengerdt, Connor Schowengerdt (Fiancé Melody Murphree); Niece Gracelyn Schowengerdt; Girlfriend Kaci Cramer; Grandparents Ted and Beverly Schowengerdt, Charlotte Hoban; Great Grandmothers Dixie Kreider, Marjorie Surman; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December the 8 th from 6 to 8 pm at the Waxahachie Funeral Home. A service will be held at University Church Assembly of God in Waxahachie on Saturday, December the 9 th at 3pm.
