William (Bill) Ray, 54, was born December 4, 1956 in Littlefield, Texas, to Carl & Melba Ray. William graduated in 1975 from Coronado High School in Lubbock, Texas. Bill passed away March 28, 2011 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He proudly served his country for two years in the Air Force. He married Gwendolyn Rogers August 2, 2002 in Alamagordo, NM. Bill had several jobs until he began working for Mattell in 1986. He left Mattel in 2001 to began his career as a long haul trucker. Son Howard E. Ray & wife Rachael of Killeen, TX, Sisters Phyllis Moore of Austin, TX, Michele Ray of Granbury, TX. Nine Grandchildren Brent McDonald, Jacob Coats, Connor Coats, Michael P. Ray, Jaden Ray, Devin McDonald, Olivia Hooten, Ricky Hooten, Michael C. Knight. Arrangements are under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
